At SamuLighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience. If your fixture isn't a perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the lighting fixture back in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
